My favorite... Cream Cheese Cookies!
* 1 tub Toffutti Cream Cheese
* 1 Box Vanilla Cake Mix
* 1/2 Cup of Earth Balance
* 1 tsp. Vanilla
Bake for 8 - 10 minutes on 350 degrees
